Key Responsibilities * Leads billing and collections for all of the campus payer types. * Establishes and maintains filing systems for accounts receivable and resident information. * Creates and manages the setup of new residents and resident trust accounts in the accounts receivable system. * Maintains census records in the Accounts Receivable system for accurate billing. * Manages monthly billing processes for all payer classes in an accurate and timely manner according to the monthly AR calendar. * Posts payments received appropriately to the correct resident account. * Monitors and collects accounts receivable.
