Job Description EMH&T is looking for a Civil Engineer, EI to join our Water Resource team located in Columbus, OH. Our EIs work under the guidance of experienced Engineers and Project Managers who provide mentorship and support throughout your career development. Additionally, EMH&T offers a dedicated support team to train you on our drafting and design standards, ensuring you are well-prepared for success in this role. Our Water Resources team has earned a strong reputation for engineering excellence and is consistently at the forefront of many of the public and private sector projects that are shaping the future of Central Ohio and beyond. Responsibilities Perform field assessments and complete the associated technical documentation. Assist with and/or lead the development of technical proposals. Assist with and/or lead client meetings, including development of agendas and managing follow-up work assignments. Support the team by performing quality control reviews. Desired Skills Ability to apply engineering knowledge to practical design challenges. Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail. Communicate effectively in both written and oral forms. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in civil engineering. Experience in the field of water resources engineering with a consulting firm or regulating agency, preferred. Exposure to modeling software applications such as HydroCAD and HEC-RAS.
