    Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or a related field Working knowledge of ERP and/or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS); SAP experience preferred Strong basic data entry skills with attention to detail and system accuracy Ability and willingness to travel to offsite storage locations as needed Certification to operate powered equipment, including but not limited to Powered Industrial Trucks (PITs), electric/manual pallet jacks, and scissor lifts (certification available on-site through Whisker) Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within small teams Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization High degree of initiative, self-motivation, and ability to inspire a proactive, results-driven approach in others Ability to maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment with frequent interactions and interruptions Commitment to maintaining the confidentiality of proprietary and sensitive information Ability to build and maintain cooperative working relationships with team members and cross-functional partners Comfortable working in an office environment that includes pets (cats and dogs) Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds safely and without assistance Ability to perform repetitive motions including bending, reaching, and climbing as needed Not Required but Nice to Have! SAP or other type of ERP experience Working experience in a manufacturing environment Google Suite including Google Docs, Sheets and Slides experience
