Observe the condition of clients during transport and report any unusual developments to the driver and facility staff. Take measures to preserve and restore calm on the vehicle in cases where clients may be acting out. 8. Never leave clients unattended. Make sure that at least one staff member (driver or aide) is present in the vehicle as long as there are clients on board. In case of emergency notify dispatch immediately to receive instructions.
