Follows safe work practices at all times. Must adhere to schedule, report to work on time, well-groomed and wearing a clean uniform. Serves water and bread as member/guests are seated. Maintains bread and water service throughout the evening for each table. Assists servers in their tasks and with carrying food trays to tables. Stocks server's station with supplies. Sets upside station and performs assigned side work at beginning/end of each shift. Removes soiled dishes and finished glassware from table; brings to dish washing area. Removes soiled linen and replaces with clean linen. Sets tables with polished silverware, glassware and clean linen. Keeps tables, dining room, and bus station clean and orderly. Collects trash from dining room, grill and other specified places after each serving period; performs cleanup and closing duties as assigned by supervisor. Keeps ice bins filled. Advises supervisor of any complaints as soon as they occur. Attends all service staff meetings as requested by the F&B Director or General Manager.
