The Merchandise Handler is responsible for handling and maintaining the flow of materials and inventory according to department Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's), using a combination of manual labor and low complexity machinery/equipment. The base salary for this position is $17.50/hr. Qualifications Job Responsibilities: * Apply basic math skills to verify and adjust quantities, and accurately fulfill orders * Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), radio frequency (RF) scanners, and other equipment to complete job duties * Safely operate non-motorized equipment to transport inventory * Responsible for opening containers, moving materials within the distribution center, loading, unloading and storing materials, supplies, and equipment, and documenting and organizing materials * Ability to perform functions that include bending, twisting, and lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds, including above and below shoulder level for majority of the shift * Adhere to all company safety protocols, to ensure a safe work environment * When necessary, individual is flexible and willing to work in other areas of the DC Job Qualifications: * Must be at least 18 years of age * High school diploma or equivalent preferred * Prior experience in a distribution, warehouse, or logistics environment is a plus * Attention to detail * Ability to lift up to 50 pounds * Ability to stand for the duration of shift with breaks * Ability to multitask * Self-motivated and team oriented Why You Belong Here At Victoria's Secret & Co, you'll join a world-leading specialty retail brand recognized globally for innovation and excellence in lingerie and fashion.
