Position Summary:
The primary function of this role is to provide professional service to new and existing clients in a timely and accurate manner, supporting account retention, facilitating policy servicing and documentation, and identifying revenue growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Communication and Policy Servicing
Communicates with customers on all facets of their account service needs including policies, endorsements, audits, proofs of coverage, and cancellations.

Invoices all renewal policies and collects down payments or premium payments, including creating premium finance agreements when applicable.
Checks new business and renewal policies against applications and binders.
Ensures endorsements, audits, cancellations, claims, finance agreements, certificates, and other customer requests are handled accurately and in a timely manner.
Keeps client and policy information in the agency management system updated according to procedures.
Contacts insureds as needed for collecting outstanding balances according to procedures.

Qualifications:
Texas General Lines Property and Casualty License required
Previous experience in a Commercial Lines Account Management role that directly aligns with the specific responsibilities for this position
Experience using Vertafore products, including AMS360 and ImageRight; will consider other agency management systems
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of E&S markets (Excess & Surplus lines) preferred
Excellent oral and written communication skills

A Recreation Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will coordinate recreation facilities, activities and programs and monitor recreation activities and participants for compliance with City policies and program goals. Will also lead any special programs or activities.
Your responsibilities will include:
With assistance from Recreation Supervisors and Managers, coordinates and supervises recreation activities and programs; monitors activities for compliance with all laws, policies, regulations and goals; duties will vary according to job assignment.
Supervises and trains part-time and volunteer staff; monitors work activities for compliance to policies and procedures.
Assists with administrative activities, including data entry, expenditures, revenue, and program reporting and marketing; maintains inventory of supplies and materials.
Plans and coordinates special events and holiday activities, and coordinates setup and cleanup of special equipment and furniture.
Coordinates and organizes recreation program activities and special events, including sports & exercise, recreation & educational activities, special events, and social activities.
Supervises program guests and activities, and enforces rules, regulations and safety precautions in municipal facilities.
Communicates with public, community resource agencies, and other organizations in order to coordinate and promote program activities.
Recognizes, avoids, and reports unsafe acts, conditions, accidents and injuries.
Hours: Varied scheduled, evenings, nights and weekends required.
Regular and timely attendance is required.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or GED is required. Preferred Associate's Degree in Recreation, Business or Public Administration; AND one year of experience in the recreation field.
Required Licenses or Certifications:
Must possess a valid Texas Driver's License.
Applicants with an out-of-state driver license must provide an original certified driving record from the state of driving licensure.
First Aid and CPR certifications are required; some incumbents may be required to obtain specific technical certifications.
Physical Demands / Work Environment:
Work is performed at City recreation facilities and venues with outdoor work in various weather conditions.
Must be able to lift 75 pounds.

Stockers are to receive, price, sensor (if applicable) and inspect freight. Stockers must be proficient in all aspects of the Cavender's Boot City stocking system, and knowledgeable of all paperwork associated with each stocking function. Stockers must prioritize merchandise by order of importance (i.e., empty wrangler shelves should be restocked after empty polish racks are restocked). Stockers are also responsible for keeping the store neat and clean inside and outside.
