We are an all inclusive specialty practice with a physical therapy and medical staff at all of our five locations in Florida.
We have an insurance covered osteoarthritis relief protocol of physical therapy and weekly hyaluronic acid based intra-articular knee injections that is highly successful and proven. We will be pleased to discuss specifics. You could be an internist or family practice PA looking for some more income, or an ortho PA with independence. We can quickly bring you up to speed in our processes.
We also have wellness offerings for weight loss utilizing GLP-1s and/or IM weight loss/vitamin injectables. We have found great success in helping our patients relieve pain in joints and over all increased well being with the weight loss protocols. We are looking to bring in more wellness and would love your help and experience!
The current opening is for 5 days a week working 3 days at our Lady Lake office and 2 days at our Wildwood office. The hours are 8 am - 5pm.
We are flexible to also offer 4 days a week - M/W in Lady Lake and Tu/Th in Wildwood.

· Obtains eyeglass prescription via lensometer.
· Performs patient testing accurately and effectively as directed by the clinical provider(s) i.e. Slit Lamp Exam, PAMS, Visual Fields, Color Test, Tonometry, OCT's, Fundus Photos, etc.
· If assigned to an ophthalmologist: must be able to refract with +/- .50 diopters.
· If assigned to a retina Physicians(s): assists retina with intraocular injections as needed.
· Effectively communicates physician instructions to patients and documents accordingly.
· Assists the physician with pharmacy calls, patient calls, etc.
· Ensures scheduling template is being followed correctly.
· Ensures all patient lanes are clean and well-stocked at the end of each day.
· Ensures all equipment is turned off and covered properly at the end of the day.
· Completes tech station duties daily.
· Call in RX's - Only certified ophthalmic techs can ERx. The exception is the tech can ERx if scribing for a doctor and the script is done under the doctor's name.
· Must understand sterile technique.
· Professional and Personal Development/Goals and Objectives.
· Exhibits professional demeanor with a positive enthusiastic attitude at all times when representing the practice.

Med Tech Job Summary:
The primary purpose of the Med Tech position is to assist the nursing administration and support the resident units, and execute all assigned responsibilities/tasks to the highest quality standard
Med Tech Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide warm and engaging personal care services, assistance, support, and companionship.
Look for changes in residents' day and personal care needs to update their personal Resident Care Plan.
Encourage resident participation in community programs and activities.
Assist with medication administration and documentation for residents in a senior living setting
Assist residents as needed with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, hair care, shaving, continence management, securing transportation, making and keeping appointments, use of the telephone, dining, and attending Juniper programs
Med Tech Required Education and Experience:
Must Be at Least 18 Years Old
Official State of Florida Med Tech Certificate
Successful Completion of In-House Training
ALF Nursing Experience Preferred

We are advertising for Med Tech positions, 2nd shift, full time The CertifiedMedication Technician (Qualified Medication Administration Personnel/QMAP) delivers quality assisted living services focused on maximizing resident's individual capabilities in accordance with all laws, regulations and Century Park standards. Reports to Resident Care Director (or Assistant Resident Care Director). Qualifications
Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
Must have current Med Tech or QMAP certification. Certification must remain current during employment.
One (1) year experience in senior services preferred
Must have CPR certification upon hire or obtain within 90 days of hire. Certification must remain current during employment
Primary Job Responsibilities
Follows all policies and procedures for medication administration, medication ordering, and delivery
Immediately reports med errors, or missing medications
Provides quality care to residents as indicated on the care plan
Promotes resident independence in accordance with service plan
Compliant with all infection control guidelines
Ensures proper transfer of medication cart between shifts, including narcotic count
Documents medication administration in EHR (electronic health record) per policy
Participates in community Lifestyles activities, events and outings, and encourages residents to attend
Demonstrates patience, compassion and integrity with residents
Additional Requirements
Must enjoy serving seniors
Must have patience, tact, cheerful disposition, and enthusiasm as well as a willingness to handle difficult residents
Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action
Must perform efficiently and effectively with little to no supervision
Maintains professional working relationships with all associates, vendors, etc.
Maintains confidentiality of all proprietary and/or confidential information
Displays integrity and professionalism by adhering to Century Park's Code of Ethics and completes all required compliance training
