The Peer Respite House is a new project that offers guests a short-term retreat space in a home-like setting when they are experiencing mental health distress, wish to avoid hospitalization, or have a respite following a hospitalization prior to their return home. The peer-respite program is led and staffed by individuals who have experienced mental health challenges, dark periods or difficult life disruptions.
The Role: The Peer Respite Staff is a member of a support team that provides excellent, consistent, and equitable peer mental health services. This position supports house visitors through Intentional Peer Support and assists with daily house operations.
As a peer respite, we require that applicants for peer support positions identify as having personal experience with life-interrupting emotional/mental health distress and other significant life challenges, and are aware that sharing some of that experience with others is a part of their job.

Lead the execution of our customer brand promises.
Implement and lead the shrink and safety programs to deliver goals
Use the company tools to set, prioritize and communicate goals and provide overall management to team members and customers.
Staff the store with qualified Team Members: Hire, train, observe and coach the team to achieve results; lead the performance management process, and if necessary, disciplinary process; identify talent and develop Team Members for advancement; utilize the leadership competencies for continued self-development
Interacts with others in an accepting and respectful manner; remains positive and respectful, even in difficult situations; promotes commitment to the organization's vision and values; projects a positive image and serves as a role model for others
Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD)
Maintain Operational understanding of all store departments; cross trained, and ensures all Managers are cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production

Our cleaners are the linchpin of our organization. We are seeking motivated and dependable individuals to join our celebrated team of professionals. You will be cleaning commercial client sites that include: retail spaces, offices, banks, and more. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean facility by completing a variety of cleaning tasks to keep the buildings looking perfect. Job Description
The Art Department at Middlebury College seeks Figure Models to pose nude for college-level studio art classes. Figure Models support the delivery of curricula, providing students with an opportunity to develop their visual art studies in a professional, controlled environment. Through working with Figure Models, students increase their perceptual skills; develop a deeper understanding of anatomy and proportion; and connect to histories of artistic production in order to create contemporary art.
This is considered a part-time, hourly, non-benefits eligible position. The pay rate for this position is $25.00 per hour.
Core Responsibilities:
Models will pose nude for individual classes.
Classes are three-hour periods with poses held up to 30-minute periods followed by 5-minute resting breaks.
There is a 15-minute break midway through the class.
Heaters, changing privacy, and cushions are provided.
Classes are taking place on our Middlebury campus at the following times:
Schedule A - Mondays and Wednesdays from 9:45 am -12:15 pm and 1:30 to 4:15pm
and/or:
Schedule B - Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:45am to 12:30pm and 1:30 pm-4:15 pm
Requirements
All body types and ages are welcome to apply.
Previous figure modeling experience is preferred but not required; experienced professors will train new models.
Sports, dance, theater, and modeling background is helpful, but not necessary.
Be able to re-establish previously posed positions
Demonstrate flexibility and animation of the human form.
Punctuality in attending scheduled class meetings.
Physical Demands:
Be physically able to provide a full range of body gestures and poses, from quick gestures to longer, sustained poses as required by the instructor.
