We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Image Reviewer/Data Entry Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will accurately identify license plate numbers, state codes, and plate types while following specific project business rules and training guides. You will be trained to recognize license plates from all 50 states. Once fully trained, you are expected to process an average of 500-600+ image sets per hour while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
If an image is unreadable, it must be correctly rejected using the appropriate disposition reason, following project-specific guidelines that may vary by assignment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Accurately identify license plate numbers, including state prefixes, suffixes, and plate types
Identify license plates from all 50 U.S. states
Properly reject unreadable images using correct disposition reasons
Maintain an average production rate of 500-600 images per hour after training
Monitor image quality and application performance to identify potential issues
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Strong attention to detail
Typing speed of 35+ words per minute
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Reliable attendance and commitment to assigned schedule
Ability to sit for extended periods of time
Requirements
