Cintas is seeking a Trimmer. The Trimmer will trim excess rubber from the mat borders. Inspect top and bottom of the mats and make sure all mats are made by manufacturing and customer requirements. + Check the Shop Order for any special instructions. Some mats require a special width.
+ Check if the mats have to be rolled or flat. Flat mats are stacked immediately while roll mats are taken by the roller.
+ Check trim line and trimming maching - string, blade, and air line.
+ Make sure trim channel is free of tuffs, rubber pieces, and other small particles.
+ Pull mats from the conveyor and place them on the cart or directly on the trimming table.
+ Use trimming machine to cut and remove excess rubber from the mat borders.
+ Use "Border Width Gage" to verify the edot width - all four sides must be uniform in width and thickness per customer spec.
+ Inspect top and bottom of the mat during every step of the trimming process for quality defects.
+ Segregate defective mats. If the mat has a border issue then remove the border in question. If the mat has a backing issue mark the area with chalk. If the mat has a carpet issue most likely this mat will be scrapped, so do not mix with the rejected mats. The CEO of the line will evaluate later.
+ Record on the trimmers log all rejected and scrap mats.
+ Communicate to the line CEO any issues related to the product in a timely manner.
+ Keep area neat and clean.
+ Operate in safe manner.

The Lead Product Engineer will be the technical expert for assigned product category partnering with the merchandising team to manage private brand products. The lead will set the strategic engineering direction and develop and maintain product requirements for the product category. The lead provides industry regulatory research and knowledge, aligns benchmarking activities with Brand, Merchant and customer needs and provides resolution of product performance concerns for assigned product categories. The lead will also utilize Bill of Materials and internal tools and data to estimate raw material, manufacturing, labor, logistics, business and all total cost involved in manufacturing and shipping product. The Market Delivery Operations (MDO) Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of the cross-dock distribution center operation and team results to meet customer service and financial goals. They will be responsible for leading a team of 20-40 associates to successfully execute the daily receiving of inbound customer orders, staging of orders, and processing of outbound deliveries to customers ensuring customers receive their accurate and complete product orders within the committed time frame. The manager will work closely with the market transportation team to ensure transportation resources are optimized to drive out cost and maximize overall delivery network efficiency. The manager will need to create a positive associate environment and set a standard of high performance in order to meet the needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* 30% Manage the workflow for the MDO operation and related transportation or warehouse related systems. Leverage work in progress (WIP) metrics to stay on plan or identify issues to resolve.
* 25% Manage building and operating conditions to ensure a clean, safe, and positive associate environment.
* 20% Monitor the MDO building level scorecard, financials, and safety metrics and identify recommendations for improvement or address any potential issues.
* 15% Oversee exception handling for deliveries, which may include interfacing with customers or Home Depot department to resolve any identified issues.
* 10% Manage all inbound and outbound loads (either directly with THD drivers or indirectly through 3PL on-site delivery or transportation delivery agent) to ensure performance meets expectations.
