Job Summary: As a EVS - Housekeeper, you are responsible for keeping all areas clean while complying company standards. This position's wage is $15.50. This position is part-time working 11p-7:30am Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Essential Functions: * Develops, maintains a service culture that ensures the delivery of superior internal/external guest service by all team members * Adheres to all regulatory, departmental and company policies and procedures * Knowledge of all promotions and events * Men's & women's restrooms cleaned and maintained * Empty all trash in restrooms as well as on the casino floor, front lobby areas, and back of the house * Associate Dinning Room maintained * Faces, sides, tops and bases of machines wiped clean * Floor clean of clutter * Vacuum where designated * Ensure all duties and responsibilities are performed to the best of each staff member's ability * Answer radio calls and communicate professionally * All other duties as assigned Qualifications: * Excellent customer service skills * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * High school graduate or equivalent * Ability to work well with team members and supervisory staff * Previous janitorial/housekeeping experience preferred * Previous supervisory training or experience is desired * Must be able to lead, direct and organize other people Physical Requirements: * Frequently required to stand, walk, and sit for prolonged periods of time * Occasionally required to work at heights above 10 feet high * Frequently required to lift items up to 30 pounds * Occasionally required to push or move items up to 100 lbs * Frequently required to reach overhead * Occasionally required to work in confined, small areas for long periods of time Environmental Working Conditions: The work environment contains bright lights, loud noise, and stressful situations.
