    The Medical Lab Technician is responsible for conducting routine and specialized diagnostic tests on blood, body fluids, and other specimens to support accurate and timely patient diagnosis and care. This role requires expertise in performing moderate and high-complexity tests while adhering to strict quality control standards, laboratory protocols, and regulatory guidelines.
