Some good employees that carried over from previous companies. Payroll is on time.
Management is completely out of touch, definitely a "boys club" atmosphere. Only people who were brought into the company by the management team are treated fairly and promoted, everyone else is run out to open another spot for a buddy. Pay is really low compared to other similar companies and the benefits are paid almost completely by the employee with little company contribution.
A paycheck until you find something better.
They don't go out of thier way to hide thier bias/favortism.
Get rid of the management team and bring in good leadership that promotes a healthy culture, treats employess fairly according to thier actual performance and not just where they came from. Actually promote diversity and not just eliminate certain ethnicities and bring in only one to replace them. Pay is severely lacking and company benefit contribution is a complete joke.
Inherited by a previous company and quickly shown I and other roll over employees were not wanted by the management and incoming employees they brought over.

Diversity was great until this management team came in. You quickly saw most ethnicities replaced by a single group.
