This position is located at Marine Corps Air Station Iwakuni, Japan and will serve as a Senior Security Generalist for the Marine Corps F-35 program. Primarily responsible to act as the program security Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the assigned Special Access Program Facility (SAPF). Additionally, candidate will be required to participate in all facility activation, integration and sustainment activities, F-35 specific Special Access Program support, and overall execution of contractual security requirements. Candidate is expected to act as one of the primary Personnel Security (PERSEC) professional at any of the assigned locations. Responsible for controlling access to all classified and Communications Security (COMSEC) areas in the assigned facility, providing escort when required, and assisting in the planning, evaluation, and execution of program security operations related to the assigned SAPF and management IAW current program guidance, DODM directives, and Navy and Marine Corps instructions. Aid other security team members, as appropriate. Performs other duties and potentially works other shifts, as required.

THE WORK
Seeking highly energetic candidates to fill an Associate Field Sustainment Engineer (FSE) position supporting the CASS/eCASS Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) in Orlando, Florida.
As an integral part of a highly valued Field Engineering team, your duties will include:
- Perform annual performance verification testing for the CASS product line. Troubleshoot and repair station asset failures. Remove and/or install stations at the customer site, and perform other tasks as directed by program management.
- Create and maintain all performance and maintenance records within the Automated Depot Information System (ADIS) database in a timely and accurate manner. Uses ADIS to order, receive and ship CASS assets from and to the Depot in LM-RMS, Orlando, FL.
- Be accountable in the control and maintenance of all provided system test kit materials to include cables and adapters. In addition, proper handling and calibration/maintenance of all required support equipment needed to perform the job.
- Be a proactive, energetic, and contributing Team Member as well as have the ability to work independently of others.
- Work will be performed under general
supervision; it will be reviewed for soundness of technical judgement and overall adequacy.
- Must be able to effectively utilize technical and engineering data to perform problem analysis and troubleshooting to the lowest applicable hardware level to restore normal operational availability.
- Job may require flexible work schedule to provide coverage for on-site customer requirements; may be required to work either first or second shift as needed.
- Be aware of the processes and procedures involved with handling of classified assets to and from secure lab locations and execution in accordance with local declassification procedures for those assets.
- Candidate must be willing to travel to support other CASS/eCASS locations in the United States and overseas as needed, often with minimal advance notice.

What is it like to work in Subcontract Administration ?
In this role will offer you the following daily key responsibilities:
• Develops subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions for the procurement of specialized materials, equipment, and services for subcontracts in support of development, production and global sustainment for multiple contract types.
• Prepares bid packages, conducts bidders' conferences, develops evaluation criteria, analyzes and evaluates proposals, negotiates subcontract provisions, selects or recommends subcontractors, writes subcontract packages for review, prepares awards and administers resulting subcontracts.
• Negotiates and coordinates additions, deletions, or modifications to subcontracts.
• Participates with contracts administration and purchasing to develop subcontract policies and procedures.
• May sign supplier agreements and purchase orders within established authority.
This position does not support teleworking; the preferred candidate will be located near our Lockheed Martin Space facility one of the Coolest places to work: Titusville, FL , and be expected to work in the office.
To be effective, you will need to possess these basic qualifications:
• A post-secondary degree or training, or equivalent experience/combined education.
• Experience managing stakeholder expectations and/or vendor relationships.
• You will need to be a US Citizen, and be able to obtain and maintain a US DoD SECRET clearance, to support this government contract, as well as successfully pass a drug and background check, in order to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

To be effective, ideally, you should also have:
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education.
• Previous experience in Supply Chain Management (i.e… Procurement, Subcontract Administration, Subcontract Management, Negotiation, and/or Category Management)
• Possess effective relationship-building skills with peers, leadership and suppliers
• Experience handling variety of complex tasks.
• You bring positivity and enthusiasm to every project you touch. In addition to the work, you love being part of a team and working collaboratively through the process.
• Demonstrated exceptional strategic communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation, to effectively communicate business cases to all levels of peers, suppliers, and stakeholders, as well as program executives, with an ability to persuade and motivate action.

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $47,000 - $82,915. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
