The Store Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of the store including: supervision of assigned staff and clients, customer service, merchandising, production, reports, security of money and goods and housekeeping.

Monitor merchandise flow, seeing that new stock is put out on the sales floor daily and old merchandise is pulled according to the rotation schedule. Relay changes or special needs to Retail Regional Manager, Relay special transportation needs to the Facilities & Transportation Manager.
Apply fair and consistent personnel practices as outlined by the personnel policies in the recruitment, hiring, training, discipline, retention and dismissal of assigned staff.
Maintain an adequate number of staff, and schedule to effectively use budgeted staff hours. Fill open positions in a timely manner; increase work hours of existing staff as allowed or request assistance from neighboring store staff to cover temporary needs.
Handle clerical details of the store, including daily and weekly store reporting, time sheets, inventory reports, store supply orders, receiving reports, and monthly work schedules.
Supervise the operation of the cash register and its contents daily. Report significant register overages and shortages to the Retail Sales Manager. Ensure all money handling including “Found Money”, and bank deposits are completed, according to procedure.

Essential Functions of Tree Trimmer at Wright Tree Service:
Trims and/or removes trees by climbing with the aid of a ladder, safety belt, climbing line, powered trimmer lift truck, or works from the ground using saws/pruners. Will cut branches or trunk sections and drops or lowers them to the ground with lines.
Uses appropriate tools, will fell trees or trimmed trunks and split them into manageable pieces.
Sprays stumps and brush with hand-spraying equipment to prevent further growth.
Loads and unloads trucks with logs, stumps, brush, and debris and/or feeds brush into a wood chipper.
Repairs slight damage to lawns, fences, and walks caused by tree trimming.
Relays hand-signals, directs traffic, drives and operates trucks and equipment as assigned, and keeps trucks and work area clear and orderly.
Trains new employees on proper procedures.
Safeguards employees and public from hazards in and around work area. Cooperates with customer, police, and fire departments when blocking street or driveways. Sets up barriers, warning signs, flags, etc. to protect employees as well as the public. Trained to perform tree and bucket rescue.
Assumes responsibility for the inspection and proper working conditions of tools, trucks, and other work equipment. Requests repair or replacement of equipment when necessary.

Pharmacy Techs are responsible for counting, pouring, filling and processing roles associated with each prescription. They are responsible for many of the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy and professionally interacting with patients and other Grand Itasca staff. They perform these duties in accordance with the standards, laws, regulations and policies of the profession, applicable regulating bodies, and the Health System.
Here's what you'll do when you join us:
Maintain patient profiles including demographic information, medical disease history, medication history, insurance information, easy-open cap information, and cashiering.
Prepare appropriate medication, including selecting product counting or reconstituting and packaging product.
Prepare extemporaneous compounds after passing compounding competency.
Provide limited insurance and third-party billing functions.
Perform clerical duties and inventory control to ensure efficient operations of the pharmacy.
Answer and direct telephone communications to the appropriate pharmacist or supervisor. Resolve and troubleshoot drug distribution problems.
Assist in job development, cross-training, and training new employees and students.
Participate in staff meetings, attend and participate in other meetings as necessary.
Access the Minnesota Prescription Monitoring Program with suspected drug abuse/diversion behaviors and alert pharmacist if these behaviors or suspected/confirmed abuse is occurring.
Perform cash register transactions.
If you have these qualifications, we'd love to chat:
One-year previous pharmacy experience within the last three years required, or successful completion of the FPS tech 240 Classroom Training. Retail pharmacy experience preferred.
Pharmacy technician certification or five years retail pharmacy experience with the ability to obtain certification within six months. Maintain required continuing education for CPhT certification.
Pharmacy technician registration with the Minnesota Board of Pharmacy. Adhere to the requirements of the Minnesota Board of Pharmacy for pharmacy technicians.
Excellent customer service skills, proficient in the English language, good attention to detail, ability to problem solve effectively, ability to follow policies and procedures, basic math skills, basic typing skills and excellent communication skills all highly desired.
Ability to work efficiently, accurately, and maintain positive working relationships.
Compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, codes and standards of Grand Itasca Clinic and Hospital.
Demonstrate participation in Grand Itasca Clinic and Hospital Mission, Vision and Values.
Maintains reliable and consistent attendance
