We're seeking a Director of Northeast Operations to lead site operations for our Northeast facility, accountable for end‑to‑end, on‑site operations from pre‑arrival logistics through inventory, processing, storage, and outbound shipping, with grading as a separately managed function. As a key operations leader, you will drive strategy execution, operational effectiveness, and KPI performance while directing multiple integrated departments through subordinate managers and supervisors. You will partner cross‑functionally with Operations, Product, Engineering, Real Estate & Facilities, Customer Support, and Sales to scale throughput and improve quality and service at pace. You'll report to the Senior Director of Operations Management and work from our Jersey City, NJ location. Salary Range: The salary range for this position is $175,500 - $247,000. Actual compensation on this range varies based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including location, job level, experience, and skill set.
