We're looking for a Customer Relations Specialist III to join our PSA Customer Relations team. Professional Sports Authenticator (PSA) is the largest and most trusted third-party trading card authentication and grading company in the world. Since its inception in 1991, PSA has certified over 50 million cards and collectibles with a cumulative declared value of over a billion dollars. The Customer Resource Center is embedded in the operations process working cross functionally and cross collaboratively with other Operations departments. The ideal candidate will be a team player who possesses at least 3 years of strong customer service skills within a customer service environment, problem-solving skills, keen attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. You'll report to the Customer Relations Supervisor and work onsite from our Jersey City, NJ office. What You'll Do: * Facilitate communication between PSA Customer Care and operational teams regarding damaged inventory items, ensuring accurate documentation and timely customer notifications * Utilize Salesforce work order management system to coordinate resolution activities across departments * Document inventory exceptions through digital imaging, maintaining comprehensive visual records for assessment and resolution * Coordinate shipment logistics for items requiring reholdering, ensuring proper routing to appropriate facilities with correct handling instructions * Monitor progress of exception resolution through established 10-day turnaround process, updating stakeholders on status * Manage reimaging workflows for corrected items, ensuring proper replacement of digital assets in inventory management systems * Maintain Receiving exceptions rack, implementing appropriate resolution procedures based on exception type * Alert eBay Operations team regarding order returns, verifying condition and documenting any damage or mislabeling * Create and route work orders for label corrections, documenting issues with supporting imagery and coordinating with NJ team for resolution * Process damaged/cracked holder exceptions through established workflows, ensuring proper documentation and resolution routing * Generate comprehensive exception tracking reports under customer accounts and vault house/vault exceptions categories * Conduct periodic quality assurance reviews of Vault House Account inventory, verifying condition prior to listing * Initiate review processes for certification discrepancies including label issues, damaged holders, and image inconsistencies Who You Are: * 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably within a direct-customer facing call center environment * Proficiency with Salesforce work order management * Experience with digital imaging equipment and basic image processing * Strong attention to detail in documentation and quality control processes * Excellent cross-functional communication skills * Ability to follow established workflows while exercising appropriate judgment for exceptions * Access to digital imaging equipment for exception documentation * Salesforce system access for work order management Physical Requirements: * Computer Use: Typing, mouse work, and sitting and looking at a computer potentially for long periods of time. * Hand Use: Regular hand use for various tasks. * Hearing Requirements: Ability to hear alarms, signals, and verbal instructions. * Lifting and Carrying: Ability to lift, carry, and move materials up to 40 pounds. * Phone Answering: Talking on the phone and texting may be required, as well as manual dexterity to operate a computer and phone system efficiently. We're looking for a PSA Show Lead / Customer Experience Show Lead to join our team to provide world-class customer care to our fans around the globe. The PSA Show Lead will actively look for ways to deliver an incredible experience to our fans at drop-off events, shows and Walk-In Wednesday events at our headquarters. You will work to develop the company's concierge team to be successful in their jobs and safe at events. You will be responsible for managing employees who travel to shows, schedules, set up and working with Security to make sure all items received get to headquarters for grading. We're looking for a Client Services Associate to join our Customer Care team to provide world class customer care to our customers around the world. This role will work directly with customers in person to assist with drop off orders for PSA, PCGS, PSA/DNA, and WATA. They will help shepherd through those orders keeping the customer abreast of any issues that happen along the way up through order fulfillment and pickup. They will also assist with employee submissions as well. Associates will assist with general customer care emails and order assistance during downtime. Approximately 40% travel is required for this position. You must have a valid driver's license (required) and having a valid passport is preferred (but not required). You'll report to our Customer Experience Supervisor and work from our Jersey City, NJ office. What You'll Do: * Inform prospective and existing customers of company services, memberships, procedures, policies, and promotions * Schedule drop offs with customers to allow there to be an organized flow of customers and products to the Collectors facility * Work with Security and/or Sales if there is a high value submission taking place * Attend to onsite VIP submitters to ensure a first class guest experience * Assist with inquiries on orders and pricing with customers at drop off while ensuring all submission forms are accurately filled out, items properly handled, and orders delivered to the Receiving department for order entry * Work with Logistics, Operations, Customer Care, Sales, CRC, Problem Orders Results, and Shipping to assist with any customer issues, including but not limited to resolving submission form errors, address or shipping updates, and order status inquiries * Work with Finance on any issues with payment processing * Research and resolve complaints or issues according to company policies and procedures * Make calls to follow up on questions, complaints and issues * Alert Marketing to opportunities to tell success stories from collectors, interview them, get photos for social media, etc. * Schedule pickups with customers and insure a smooth transaction during those pickups * Be able to answer questions on the outcome of the submissions * Assist with Customer Care emails and general inquiries during down time * Attend trade shows as company representative to assist in order processing with submissions (optional) * Representatives will strive to earn praise from customers regarding the high quality care they provide via email, written correspondence, Live Chat and social media in particular * Representatives will be responsible for keeping their workspace and visitor waiting area tidy and well-stocked with necessary supplies * Organize and manage the pickup room daily, including but not limited to making calls to dealers/customers in advance of end of week or end of quarter to coordinate timely pickups Who You Are: * Able to travel up to 40% of the time attending various shows and special events * Drivers licensed is required * Valid passport is helpful * Associates Degree or equivalent preferred and/or 4+ years Customer Care/hospitality experience * Ability to understand and relay company policies and procedures * Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within our particular field * Communicates clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; listens and gets clarification; responds well to questions; demonstrates group presentation skills; participates in meetings * Exceptional written communication skills * Interpersonal skills - Focuses on solving conflict, not blaming; maintains confidentiality; listens to others without interrupting; keeps emotions under control; remains open to others' ideas and tries new things * Teamwork - Balances team and individual responsibilities; exhibits objectivity and openness to others' views; gives and welcomes feedback; contributes to building a positive team spirit; puts success of team above own interests; able to build morale and group commitments to goals and objectives; supports everyone's efforts to succeed * Problem solving - Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; works well in group problem solving situations * Representation - Positively represent the company at all times * Be versed in the following computer programs: Navision, Grading System Manifesting/Order Processing, Zendesk, Ring Central, Slack and Google Docs * Attention to detail is critical in this role with representative exhibiting solid problem solving abilities * Ability to work well with a cross section of the Collectors Team Physical Requirements: * Computer Use: Typing, mouse work, and sitting and looking at a computer potentially for long periods of time * Hand Use: Regular hand use for various tasks * Hearing Requirements: Ability to hear alarms, signals, and verbal instructions * Lifting and Carrying: Ability to lift, carry, and move materials up to 40 pounds * Phone Answering: Talking on the phone and texting may be required, as well as manual dexterity to operate a computer and phone system efficiently * Sitting or Standing: Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time Hourly Rate: The reasonable estimated hourly rate for this position is $23.
