Job Responsibilities * Contact assigned customers as directed by the Service Manager or General Manager to inform them of upcoming service activities. * Survey customer sites to verify that all utility, space, and weight requirements for equipment installation are met. * Follow all safety protocols related to the installation and removal of equipment. * Maintain a clean and organized work area on customer premises to prevent accidents. * Complete documentation, including verification of the closing calls, invoice completion, asset verification and any required customer documentation. * Accurately record work completed using the company-provided mobile device. * Foster positive relationships with customers to uphold a strong company and product image. * Perform scheduled and unscheduled service activities including emergency service calls, preventative maintenance, surveys, and installations. * Maintain area servicing and vehicle in a clean and organized condition. * Operate company vehicles safely and comply with all company safety guidelines. * Submit a weekly Driver Report and adhere to the Fleet Manual guidelines. * Submit all personal and company required expense and attendance reports. * Follows all safety standards and policies set by manufacturers and company.
