This is a Computer Field Technician Position doing hardware repairs and installations on laptop and desktop units. You must have prior experience with laptop and desktop hardware. As part of your onboarding, you will be certified in Dell and Lenovo. All certifications are free to you. Job Details This is a 1099 Contract position. Call volume varies but is typically between 2-5 calls per day. Pay is based on the number of calls completed. Pay starts at $35 per ticket. You will be completing hardware part replacements for Dell and Lenovo warranty services. Pay period -every Friday after the first week of completing tickets. You must have a reliable form of transportation to run these calls. You must have access to a computer and the internet to log onto your portal. Tickets are run Monday through Friday. You must be able to log into your tech portal every workday by 9 am to accept, code (update status), and map out your calls. The Associate Console Operator plays a crucial role in monitoring and responding to events on consoles, troubleshooting and resolving mainframe and production control incidents. Due to the nature of live Baseball operations, in-season, you will need to be prepared to work nights and weekends. On any given day, you could expect to be involved in any of the following: During the pre-season, we build and prepare our hardware and equipment for on-site installations. Conducting pre-game checks of the systems. Solving problems promptly when issues arise. Reporting issues accurately when they can't be fixed in-game and need further escalation. Operating the technologies during the game remotely from the Atlanta Office. Liaising with MLB and MLB Teams personnel, both on-site and remotely.
