Tickets are run Monday-Friday during the day shift. Candidates must be regularly available a minimum of 3 weekdays to be considered.
Call volume is variable but is usually 2-4 calls per day in this territory
You will complete certifications from Dell and Lenovo as part of your onboarding. Certifications are online and free to you.
You must have a reliable form of transportation and a valid driver's license to run these calls. You will be visiting multiple work sites throughout your day.
You must have access to a computer and the Internet to log onto your portal each day.
You must be available to log into your tech portal each morning you are working by 9 am to code your calls and map out your route for the day.
The manufacturer has completed troubleshooting and shipped a part prior to your ticket being issued to you.
You will confirm service times with the customer in your tech portal. Services will be completed at the customer site (residential and commercial)
You will pick up parts daily from the assigned Fed Ex or UPS store for your territory before going onsite. Once all calls are completed for the day drop off the old parts with the pre-paid label that is provided.

What You'll Do

This individual works within the Facilities Department. As a Cyber System Exploitation Co-Op, you will work with a team of experts to conduct research and development related to compromise detection for Internet of Things (IoT) devices. Your project will build your technical skills and experience through several lines of effort, including web service development, creation of novel techniques for compromise detection, and research into current trends in IoT device exploitation.

Requirements

Compensation
Compensation for 2025 (will be reviewed for 2026)
* Technical Co-Op: $24.50 - $31.00 per hour (based on year in school)
* Administrative Co-Op: $21.50 - $25.00 per hour (based on year in school)
Selected candidate will be subject to a pre-employment background investigation and must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret level DoD security clearance.

Job Description:
Job Summary: Operates PC, SCAN terminal, laser printers, high/low speed printers and cutters to create merchandise labels and tickets. Prints and cuts tickets, sorts, files, and matches tickets to the distributions, store labels, and locators. Places completed printed packages on shelf for departments to pick up.
Currently hiring for the following shifts:
B Shift (Friday - Sunday, 5:00AM - 5:20PM)
Major Areas of Responsibility:
Operates PC's, laser and high/low speed printers to print labels, distributions and tickets to maintain daily/weekly production schedules. Creates manual tickets and labels as necessary. Verifies quality and accuracy of tickets and store labels. Enables User ID's.
Operates cutter/stackers to ensure labels, distributions and tickets are cut accurately and efficiently. Sorts files and matches tickets to distributions, store labels, and locators. Scans ticket and distribution packages into area where applicable.
Assists other operators and associates as necessary. Performs special projects.
Restock Date Center supplies and monitor inventory.
Monitors equipment repairs. Cleans equipment and contacts vendors as necessary.
Job Knowledge:
