Experience: * Minimum of five (5) years' experience in industrial or commercial field engineering within mission-critical facilities or electrical infrastructure. * Minimum of three (3) years' experience developing and supporting electrical safety programs aligned with NFPA 70E, NEC, and OSHA requirements. * Minimum of three (3) years' experience managing the Control of Hazardous Energy (COHE) in complex, mission-critical environments. Skills: * Strong knowledge of construction techniques, terminology, and documentation (ability to interpret blueprints, electrical one-lines, and construction drawings). * Established understanding of electrical theory and practical application of critical electrical systems (e.g., paralleling switchgear, redundant UPS systems, DC battery strings, multi-source utility switchgear, standby generators, etc.). * Strong communication and leadership skills with a proactive approach to safety and compliance.
