Here's what you need:
Minimum of 7 years of SAP Functional and Technical expertise in Finance, including but not limited to: GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting.

Core Responsibilities (Shared by All Accounting Managers)
All Accounting Managers will execute the following essential duties:
Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial statements, including subsidiary and consolidated reports, and provide analysis into the financial performance of entities.
GAAP Compliance: Ensure compliance with GAAP, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
Month-End Close & Audit Support: Responsible for meeting deadlines in month-end close procedures and supporting annual financial statement audits and reviews.

Track A: Accounting & Team Leadership
This role is focused on the day-to-day leadership of the accounting team, month-end close execution, and accounting accuracy.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the accounting team, overseeing accounting activities including journal entries, reconciliations, and fixed asset management. Provide coaching and performance feedback to accounting staff.
Financial Due Diligence: Conduct thorough financial due diligence on target companies, identifying risks and opportunities and assessing the impact on financials.
Close Leadership: Lead the planning, directing, and coordination of accounting operational functions and month-end close.
Industry Expertise: Stay up-to-date with industry trends to assess the financial health and strategic accounting practices of assigned entities.
Track B: Operations & Systems
This role is focused on accounting operations, system ownership, training, AP/credit card management.

Systems Lead: Lead the development and implementation of financial systems across all portfolio companies.

Documentation & Training: Partner with portfolio companies to understand and evaluate accounting processes, supporting improvements to processes where needed. Develop and maintain documentation and training materials to support effective and scalable accounting operations..
Qualifications
All candidates must possess the following minimum qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required; Master's Degree or CPA is preferred.
Experience: 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of GAAP and proficiency with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage Intacct, etc. Preferable experience with other accounting software/systems for accounts payable and credit card administration.
