Managing and standardizing over 50 iPhones, iPads, Apple TVs, and other tablets
Setting up laptops, PC's and other computing equipment
Testing and programming home audio systems
Installing dashboard cams in a fleet of 10 cars
Maintaining over 20 Access Points for a large Wi-Fi network spanning 7 acres
Setting up and testing surveillance equipment (e.g. IP cameras, thermal cameras, security beams)
On-site working hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 6:00pm and occasional after-hours / weekend work as needed
Traveling to other properties across the country for IT set-up and maintenance
The successful candidate will also help support the family and engineering team with a variety of
complex technical issues facing the property, including: networking design and maintenance,
scripting, SAN management, backup systems management, MS Exchange administration,
disaster recovery systems, home/office automation systems, antivirus/security management,
videoconferencing support, media production support, and other complex system administration
tasks. A general knowledge of Windows and iOS would be helpful.
Additionally, the successful candidate will:
Be offered up to 20% over current compensation or any current offers AND be paid a $25,000 signing bonus for a three-year commitment.

gov) Position Description Performs facilities engineering work related to buildings and site development, in one or more functional areas such as planning, project development and design, and construction administration.
Ensures compliance with applicable federal and state laws, policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines.
Work requires contact with governmental officials and private entities.
Issues are rarely referred to the supervisor but are handled at the occurrence.
Employees at this level follow standard practices that do not require frequent supervision of details.
Essential Duties:- Drives/travels to project/work locations to make on-site engineering reviews, analyses, tests and to provide technical support.
- Monitors consultants' progress and work quality; checks invoices and associated documents; prepares supplemental agreements.
- Performs complex engineering design work such as development of layouts, sketches, plans, specifications, estimates and contracts.
- Reviews, processes and certifies project design plans developed by consulting engineers.
- Serves as a project manager overseeing consultants performing advanced and complex engineering work.
- Prepares and seals engineering construction documents for bidding.
- Reviews shop drawings, plans, specifications, estimates, supplemental agreements and change order requests relative to facility construction.
-Utilize project management principals in initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling and closing for complex mechanical and/or structural engineering projects related to facility construction.
-Coordinates phases of preliminary design and revisions in PS&E with districts, divisions, Administration, contractors, fabricators, and local entities.
-Performs other job responsibilities as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's Degree in engineering or related science bachelor's or higher degree accepted by TX PELS.
Experience: 4 years of experience in engineering, structural engineering, civil engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or related engineering.
(Experience can be satisfied by full time or prorated part time equivalent).
Related graduate level education may be substituted for experience on a year per year basis.
