The Project Electrical Engineer IV contributes and works with the project team in the development and project completion of assigned engineering projects. The Project Electrical Engineer IV is responsible for completing project tasks within a specified budget and schedule and frequently interacts and works directly with clients. The Project Electrical Engineer will analyze processes and systems to identify ways to improve efficiency, increase quality, and reduce costs in collaboration with the project team. What To Expect Day-To-Day: Leads the project team to create an action plan for the development and project completion of assigned engineering projects, ensuring projects remain within a specified budget and schedule. Responsible for bringing project from the design stage through to completion with multiple project team members. Interacts and works directly with clients, conducts preliminary evaluations, prepares various reports, produces detailed technical specifications and drawing packages, and prepares permit submittals for engineering projects. WHAT YOU NEED TO BE QUALIFIED: Water and Wastewater Experience. Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field. Professional Engineer registration or the ability to acquire registration quickly through reciprocity. 15 years' professional experience required. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required. Design and plan production experience utilizing AutoCAD, AutoCAD Electrical and/or Revit is required.
