DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Performs or assists in fabrication, modification, installation and build to print moderate to complex electromechanical assemblies and subassemblies. * Ability to lead a team of technicians in the manufacturing of a variety of electromechanical assemblies and subassemblies. You will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining ASVs and remain instrumental in sustaining mission-critical assets and ongoing operations.Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments of ASVs and their components to identify issues and malfunctions Perform timely and efficient repairs, replacements, and adjustments to restore ASVs to optimal functionality Collaborate closely with engineering and technical teams to troubleshoot complex problems and implement effective solutions Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance procedures to validate repairs and ensure compliance with performance standards Document all repair activities, including findings, procedures, and outcomes, adhering to company protocols and industry regulations Maintain an organized inventory of spare parts, tools, and equipment necessary for depot repair operations Assist in the development and optimization of repair procedures and protocols to enhance efficiency and effectiveness Provide technical support and training to field technicians and end-users as needed Qualifications Associate degree or technical certification in electronics, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
