Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC controls installation, programming, troubleshooting, and service. Strong understanding of HVAC systems, control logic, and electronics, with the ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams. Familiarity with BAS protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, and LonWorks is a plus. Skilled in using diagnostic tools including multimeters and laptops for testing sensors, circuits, and relays.
