POSITION SUMMARY
The Events Team Member provides the first point of contact for all guests. The Events Team Member is expected to provide excellent guest service to all guests and to cultivate memorable family experiences.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
Guest Services
Event ticket and wristband concessions
Greet guests and provide information and wayfinding as needed
Provide courteous and friendly first-in-class service to all guests
Register guests for leagues, camps, clinics, drop-ins, etc.
Be knowledgeable about facility programs (format, pricing, meeting dates/times)
Operate multi-line phones
Record and file waivers and event information
Record event scores (tournaments/leagues) and print game sheets on a daily basis
Maintain confidentiality with guest and Team Member information
Resolve all guest concerns and complaints and/or direct to appropriate Manager
Know and enforce the facility's policies and procedures
Complete special projects, daily assignments and other duties as directed by management
Event Coordination
Assist with scheduling and coordinating all facility events and parties
Ensure all party details are executed as planned and tracked: with detailed and organized files tracking party reservations, monies collected, waivers collected, food orders, party bags, etc. and that all details for parties are completed accurately and timely
Communicate clearly and timely with Manager(s)-On-Duty (MOD), gym attendants and party hosts to ensure proper setup, coordination of activities, and cleanup for all parties
Maintaining inventory of paper goods, balloons, helium, party bags, giveaways and order supplies as needed
Adhere to party manual including party process, procedures and standard game/activity curriculum
Ensure guest satisfaction and a high level of guest service by providing timely and clear communication with party host about all party details
Distribute collateral materials (flyers, etc.) to cross promote all facility programs; maintain flyers in facility for parties, distribute to guests, program participants and cross market, as appropriate
Support social marketing strategy to ensure optimal event promotion parties are promoted on local sites
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends, holidays and long hours) and regular attendance necessary
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to maintain focus in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Must have excellent guest service skills
Must be detail-oriented and have outstanding organizational skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and remain calm and focused in difficult and stressful situations
Must be respectful and friendly to our athletes, guests, visitors, spectators, leaders and fellow Team Members
Must work well with others

· Food Handlers required to start working.
· Must be ready to work when clocked in, nonslip shoes on, uniform on and hair covered as needed. NO CELL PHONES allowed unless authorized. A lead worker will be responsible for making sure this is followed.
· All food safety procedures are always followed, gloves, hand washing, hair nets as needed, sanitizing stations as we go, etc.
· Read and understand Paradise Key handbook.
· Read and understand measurements and directions.
· The Front of House Manager approves of smoke breaks as only 2 are allowed at one time and not during rush periods. (11-2; 6-8) Only 2 are allowed per shift.
· All breaks are approved by the manager or lead if the manager is not present.
· All recipes are followed and NOT changed or altered without GM or Owner approval.
· Will be required to rotate properly and put away truck orders. Also required to rotate products by the “use first dates”, break down and consolidate boxes.
· Everyone, including leads, are to take out trash after trucks or as needed before end of the shift.
· Will be required to work as a team to finish lists that need to be completed daily.
· Will be required to chop and cut vegetables and proteins for menu items.
· Will be required to wash pots and pans, other dishes as needed.
· Will be required to help with deep cleaning and organization, especially during slow season.
