Coordinate and supervise all electrical, plumbing, HVAC and painting needs. Approach each situation from a service-oriented lens. The building management, team members and members are your customers. Conduct all necessary chemical and pressure tests for the aquatic area, while maintaining appropriate maintenance records for government agencies.
