Cardinal Staffing Services, is immediately hiring for a Prep Line Crew Worker and a Grill Cook at a well established, local Perrysburg restaurant. As a Prep Line Crew Worker for Cardinal Staffing, you will work behind the scenes in a fast-paced restaurant and be responsible for prepping salads, appetizers, entrees, and more. The Grill Cook is responsible for anything cooked on the grill top, making sure to avoid food contamination and ensuring food is cooked to its safe temperature. Both positions require you to perform a variety of tasks that require organization and good time management. The Prep Line Crew Worker's role is to ensure a successful mise en place which includes chopping vegetables, marinating meats, preparing sauces, and portioning ingredients. The Grill Cook will also work with various ingredients, follow recipes, and utilize the grill. Both positions require evenings and weekends.
