YOU WILL:
Efficiently put away and rotate produce and food orders, ensuring freshness and longevity.
Inspect all cooking utensils and equipment to guarantee they meet our standards for quality and cleanliness.
Skillfully operate kitchen machinery, including knives, ovens, grills, food processors, and blenders, adhering to strict food safety and sanitation protocols.
Consistently follow and enforce food safety and sanitation guidelines, setting the standard for best practices within the kitchen.
Thoroughly open/close and clean your station, ensuring you and your fellow team members are positioned for success.
Assist with food preparation as needed.
Wash dishes by hand and by operating dish machinery.
Remove garbage from restaurant, bus tables and retrieve dishes from dining areas.
Be flexible and willing to take on additional responsibilities as requested to support the team's needs at any time.
YOU HAVE:
A commitment to cleanliness and organization.
