These classes provide a structured and supportive environment for students to explore issues that are often discussed in individual counseling, but in a way that may feel more approachable due to the stigma surrounding one-on-one mental health services. The internship student will receive at least one-hour of weekly individual clinical supervision with a licensed mental health counselor and/or licensed psychologist. The internship student also has the opportunity to participate in the Counseling Center's weekly staff meetings and case consultations.
