We are looking for a proactive and dependable Multi-Unit & Residential Support Assistant to support our appliance delivery and installation operations across both multi-unit construction sites and single-family residential homes. This role plays a critical part in ensuring field teams are equipped, job sites are prepared, documentation is complete, and service quality remains consistent across all locations. Key Responsibilities: Support daily operations for both multi-unit projects (e.g., apartment complexes, condos) and residential home deliveries. Ensure all field teams are properly loaded with appliances, installation materials, and tools before dispatch. Conduct job site readiness checks to verify access, utility availability, safety conditions, and staging. Travel between job sites to support installations, verify proper completion, and resolve field issues. Review and complete FastField documentation for each delivery, including serial numbers, team names, appliance status, and installation photos. Ensure all necessary materials (cords, waterlines, brackets, manuals) are accounted for and delivered to the appropriate sites. Confirm that signed BOLs, customer waivers, and job completion forms are collected daily. Enforce safety protocols including proper PPE (hard hat, vest, long pants) and secure installation practices on all job sites. Support new contractor onboarding with field shadowing, equipment walkthroughs, and FastField training. Serve as a liaison between field teams, warehouse personnel, customer service, and project managers. Monitor timelines and help reduce delays by proactively addressing supply or access issues. Qualifications: Prior experience in appliance delivery and installation, preferably in both multi-unit and residential environments. Strong communication and organizational skills; capable of coordinating across multiple teams and job sites. Tech-savvy with the ability to use mobile forms (FastField), shared drives, and routing/scheduling platforms. Self-motivated, resourceful, and capable of working independently. We are dedicated to supporting survivors of domestic violence through comprehensive services, including a 24-hour crisis hotline, emergency shelter, counseling, legal advocacy, and community education. Position Overview: The EVE Advocate works closely with partners in the criminal justice system to identify survivors of domestic violence in high lethality cases. Assesses survivors' needs and provides advocacy and case management services to the individuals and families involved, including support throughout the criminal court process. Key Responsibilities: Works to make initial contact build rapport and then work directly with survivors to determine areas of need, set goals, and when appropriate develop a service management plan. Provides referrals with community service providers to facilitate accomplishment of service management plan. An employee in this classification performs specialized work in the area of youth programming, enrichment and athletic programming under the direction of the Orlando ASAS Site Supervisor. Work is reviewed for results obtained through reports, observation, performance evaluations and conferences. Responsibilities include leading and/or supervising a variety of enrichment and athletic activities, while ensuring the safety of an Orlando ASAS after-school and/or summer program and facility. * Assist in the coordination and supervision of activities and services offered at an Orlando ASAS program site. * Assists with discipline at assigned Orlando ASAS site and confers with parents regarding activities offered, participant progress and discipline problems. * Aides the teacher in enrichment activities at the Orlando ASAS site. * Ensures fair play and sportsmanship to youth while supervising and coaching athletic activities and games at the Orlando ASAS site. * Assists the Site Supervisor in the accurate and timely reporting of individual Orlando ASAS site staff and program scheduling, payroll, inventory, and youth attendance. * Assist the Site Supervisor in ensuring proper implementation of Orlando ASAS policy and procedures in the areas of operations at the program site. * Assist the Site Supervisor in ensuring the safety and security of Orlando ASAS program and facility. * Minimum Requirements: Must be a current high school senior (or entering senior year if applying over the summer) or higher; some experience in an organized educational, recreation or leisure services field working in various activities such as educational programs, youth sports, aquatics, cultural and therapeutic arts, health and fitness, community centers, etc. preferred.; or an equivalent combination of related training and experience. Applicant must possess a valid Florida driver's license or state ID. Applicant must be 17 or older. First Aid/CPR certified preferred. Certification by the Florida Recreation and Park Association desired, but not required. THIS IS A PART_TIME_POSITION WITH NO GUARANTEE OF A CERTAIN NUMBER OF HOURS AND NO BENEFITS. Your role is to educate and empower, supporting clients' decision-making without dictating their choices. You will develop professional relationships with clients, monitor their progress towards goals, facilitate support groups, and ensure their ongoing physical and emotional well-being. Additionally, you will conduct lethality assessments to prevent domestic violence homicides, serious injury, and re-assault, encouraging survivors to utilize support and shelter services. You will play a crucial role in making a difference in the lives of those experiencing difficult circumstances.
