(Preferred but not required) Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings as needed. Able to pass all required background checks and drug screenings. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Understanding of adolescent development and common mental health disorders. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
