We are looking for an organized and reliable Dental Receptionist with dental office experience to be the welcoming face of our practice. Key Responsibilities:
Greet and check-in patients with a friendly, professional demeanor.
Schedule appointments and manage calendars efficiently.
Collect payments.
Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries.
Verify insurance and handle billing and payments.
Maintain accurate patient records.
Support the dental team with administrative tasks.
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience as a dental or medical receptionist (preferred but not required).
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Familiarity with dental software Eaglesoft is a plus.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Dependable and team-oriented attitude.
