The Production Team is responsible for overseeing Cupertino Electric's Field workforce, ensuring that all projects are executed with the high standards of safety, productivity, scheduling, quality and cost control. **ABOUT THE ROLE**
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic **Technical Trainer / Facilitator** to lead hands-on, engaging instructor-led training for skilled trade professionals. across the organization. The ideal candidate will have practical field experience, a passion for workforce development, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into accessible learning experiences. This role delivers **technical training** , **process instruction** , and **soft skills development** at our regional training centers, with periodic visits to project locations for real-world reinforcement and skill observation.
You will work directly with new hires, supervisors, and experienced team members to promote safe, efficient, and professional performance across these roles.
+ **Deliver engaging, hands-on technical training** on operational procedures, tools, systems, and safety protocols, for labor and trade personnel
+ Facilitate in-person and/or virtual workshops on **communication, leadership, problem-solving, and team collaboration** for supervisors and professional staff.
+ Assess trainees' skill levels and learning needs, adjusting content and delivery accordingly.
+ Support onboarding, upskilling, and refresher training for employees at different levels.

+ Travel periodically to field sites to support job-specific coaching, reinforce training content, and observe work in context.
+ Maintain accurate records of training completion, evaluations, and participant feedback.

+ Coordinate with department leaders to identify training needs and ensure alignment with operational goals and values.
+ Provide feedback on training materials including instructor led training, manuals, toolkits, and e-learning modules, when gaps are identified.
+ Stay current with industry trends, certifications, codes, and best practices to ensure content remains relevant and compliant.

**THE BIM TEAM**
Our Building Information Modeling (BIM) team maximizes pre-construction efforts by visually defining a project prior to construction so that conflicts are identified early, and adjustments are made with minimal impact. From field sketches to BIM, installation drawings and as-builts, we get the job done right and provide the highest-level of BIM documentation each project needs.
**ABOUT THE ROLE**
The BIM Operator will interact significantly with others on the Engineering team, Project Management, Field Superintendents, and takes direction from project personnel and/or the BIM Coordinator. The scope of this role includes creating 3D model based off red lines from either BIM Coordinator or Field team, developing 2D installation drawings and detail drawings from 3D model or sketches.

About this Role
FiberTel is looking for CDL Laborers for our Sacramento, CA location. This is a travel position focused on Sacramento, Vallejo, and Santa Rosa.
In this role you will support all phases of utility construction for various types of telecom projects. Duties will include general labor duties related to telecommunications construction as directed by the Foreman/Supervisor.
Services may include placing poles, anchors and guys, aerial strand and cable, direct buried pipe, trenching cable, conventional and directional boring, placing underground conduit systems, performing inside wiring, cabling, and testing and maintenance services.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team at our Sutter Creek, CA field office. The Project Coordinator will assist in the planning, organizing, and coordinating of high-voltage electric transmission and distribution construction and maintenance projects. This role involves supporting the project management team with scheduling, budgeting, documentation, communication, and implementation tasks to ensure the successful execution of projects.
What You'll Do
Key Responsibilities:
Project Support and Coordination:
Assist with budget tracking for labor, material, equipment, and subcontractors.
Support the preparation of contracts and assist with negotiating revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements with suppliers and subcontractors.
Help develop and manage project Schedule of Values (SOV), update based on production, and prepare billing packages.
Organize and prepare progress tracking data to be reported.
Assist in the organization of data into Project Completion Tracking documents.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain electronic and printed files of working documents in accordance with outlined document control practices.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly projections and progress reports for all construction activities.
Assist in preparing and updating project documentation, including submittals and Requests for Information (RFIs).
Stakeholder Communication and Issue Resolution:
Communicate with supervisory personnel, subcontractors, or engineers to discuss and resolve matters such as work procedures, complaints, or construction problems.
Interpret and explain plans and contract terms to administrative staff, workers, and clients, representing the owner or developer.
Material and Quality Management:
Develop and maintain project material trackers based on customer Bill of Materials (BOM), drawings, and scope. Track inventories, production, shortages, and damages.
Support the execution of corrective actions to address delays, adverse weather conditions, or emergencies.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**
The role of a Constructability Detailer is integral to ensuring the accuracy and constructability of project designs before they reach the field. This position requires proficiency in various software applications, a deep understanding of departmental processes, and adherence to redlining protocols and CEI Installation Standards. Key responsibilities include reviewing Constructability SOW checklists, populating and updating the Redline Drawing log. The Detailer also performs thorough reviews of specifications and submittals, schedules and participates in weekly issue log meetings, and assists with RFIs. Additionally, the role involves maintaining document control, ensuring compliance with installation standards, and addressing bulletin updates and added scope. Effective communication and collaboration with project management, field operations, BIM, and other departments are essential to execute these tasks successfully.
+ Proficient in various software applications and platforms, including but not limited to: Bluebeam Revu, Excel, Navisworks Manage, BIM 360, and Autodesk Construction Cloud.
+ Have a comprehensive knowledge of departmental processes, redlining protocols, document management, and CEI Installation Standards.
+ Conduct a thorough review of the specifications and submittals using the Bluebeam Specification & Submittal Review Profile. Any identified issues shall be documented in the Issues Log to be addressed with the project team.
+ Assist the project management team with RFI's. This includes verbiage and supporting documents.
+ Perform a thorough review of the most current contract drawings and generate redlines, details, prefab drawings, and assembly sheets in accordance with the department's redlining protocols. Any identified issues shall be documented in the Issues Log to be addressed with the project team.
+ Distribute the completed redlines, details, prefab drawings, and assembly sheets, and notify the project team, including the location where they have been saved.
+ Update the Redline Drawing log as redlines, details, prefab drawings, and assembly sheets are generated and when new revisions are issued.
+ Populate Conduit schedule.
+ If BIM is required, the detailer is responsible for the following:
+ Assisting the project team in completing the BIM Specification Sheet and Installation Drawing Checklist.
+ Attending BIM coordination meetings as needed.
+ Following up after redlines have been distributed and addressing all model constructability issues.
+ Reviewing all Installation Drawings generated from the model.
+ Weekly time entry into JDE and saving timecards to a designated folder.
