Product Testers are wanted to work from home nationwide in the US to fulfill upcoming contracts with national and international companies. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a related field (or) 4+ years of verifiable trade/technical education in a related industry (or) 12+ years of verifiable work experience in a related industry. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., PowerPoint, Excel, Word). Ability to work collaboratively via video conferencing tools, such as MS Teams or Zoom, and the web-based collaboration tool, SharePoint. Ability to pass drug screening and Federal Government criminal background check with no felony records. Possess current, valid driver's license (not under suspension or limitation). Physical Requirements and Work Environment Remote with in-office requirement, as necessary. Travel This is a primarily remote position. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS) solutions with a focus on Splunk service management and dashboarding. Design, configure, and deploy Splunk infrastructure components to ensure efficient data collection, indexing, and visualization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop appropriate Splunk-based solutions. Monitor and troubleshoot Splunk services to ensure optimal performance and availability. Create and customize Splunk dashboards, reports, and alerts to meet specific operational and security needs. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends related to Splunk and IaaS technologies. Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders regarding Splunk and related technologies. Conduct performance tuning, capacity planning, and optimization activities for Splunk infrastructure.
