• The purpose of the contacts is to provide and exchange information and data. The contacts may include dealing with people who are angry, skeptical, uncooperative, unreceptive, or hostile.
FACTOR 8: PHYSICAL DEMANDS
•The position requires prolonged and irregular hours on a routine basis. Some bending, stooping, climbing, and walking.
•Prolonged periods of sitting and watching monitors.
FACTOR 9: WORK ENVIRONMENT
•The physical surrounding includes an inside office setting.
•Surveillance Officer Observer and Technical Training provided.
•Experience with the most recent Microsoft desktop operating systems, “Microsoft Exchange”.
•Familiarity with basic TCP/IP networking is highly desirable.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS FOR CONSIDERATION:
•Must have High School Diploma/GED
•Must have very good communication and writing skills and have the ability to follow verbal and written directions and instructions
•Ability to operate various computer software applications and DVR equipment.
•Ability to work any shifts, start time, weekends, and holidays
