Responsibilities: Perform analysis and modeling of large, complex data sets to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights Support the development of dashboards, data visualizations, and reporting tools using modern BI platforms Assist in the integration of structured and unstructured data sources to support analytics workflows Conduct data profiling, cleaning, transformation, and normalization activities Apply machine learning and statistical analysis techniques to support mission-aligned use cases Support the development of Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) pipelines and data structures for reporting Collaborate with engineering and analytics teams to turn analytical insights into production-ready tools Contribute to the implementation of the NAVIFOR data strategy across enterprise platforms Qualifications Education: Bachelor of Science in Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in data analytics, data engineering, databases, visualization, and applied coding Clearance: Active Secret Clearance required Technical Skills: Familiarity with general-purpose analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Python, R, Power BI, Tableau) Hands-on experience with SQL databases and data prep pipelines Experience with Jupyter, Jama, or related Navy tools preferred The Candidate must be: Must be technically savvy and possess excellent communication skills Must have effective critical thinking and problem-solving skills Must be self-motivated and able to deliver with minimal supervision Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook This position is fast paced and high demand that is a hybrid position (onsite and remote) in Suffolk, VA. Limited to no travel is anticipated. Pay Range Base pay is $105,000-$115,000, subject to skill level, qualifications, and location.
