Reports To: Sr. Principal Scientist, AI Diagnostics
Under the general guidance of the Sr. Principal Scientist, AI Diagnostics, this position is primarily responsible for developing data analysis pipelines for software and algorithm performance testing as well as executing image analysis workflows. This position collaborates at all levels of the organization to ensure that validation testing and data analysis meets regulatory standards and is thorough, accurate, and successful across all product lines.
Duties and Responsibilities
Create, refine, and validate GCP-compliant data analysis pipelines for various development and testing needs, including algorithm development and clinical performance validation testing.
Collaborate with developers, imaging scientists and product managers to execute AI-based image analysis workflows for the generation of AI digital pathology products.
Collaborate with developers, product managers and regulatory managers to design validation tests for the evaluation of software performance and ensure test evidence is adequately documented.
Collaborate with product and regulatory managers to establish external collaborations to support validation and performance testing as needed.
Assist management of validation
Collaborate with image analysts to produce multiplexed clustering analysis and data visualizations
Assist with data models for algorithm enhancement.
Develop documentation to support pipelines and models
Assist in analyzing or validating statistical output for published data
Synthesize information from current literature and justify sample size decisions for validation studies
Summarize validation findings clearly in written reports that can be used in submissions to notified bodies

* Oversee the work for a 30MW+ data center to ensure schedule deconfliction, work priority, maintenance compliance, procedural compliance, and team readiness
* Schedule and supervise vendors/subcontractors during equipment/systems maintenance and service
* Perform hands-on operations and maintenance which includes all physical and administrative operations tasks, service, and maintenance in accordance with site processes and procedures to ensure the highest levels of uptime, efficiency, and safety without disruption to the business
* Review all operating procedures, serve as final approval authority on some procedures based on internal standards
* Support incident management, root cause analysis, and corrective action closure for any operational issues that arise in the data center
* Achieve and maintain a high-level of technical knowledge regarding data center infrastructure and operations. Successfully complete personnel qualification standards (PQS) training
* Maintain up to date knowledge of Meta policies and standards and follow standards in all work
* Provide in-the-field training to Critical Facility Engineers and support the identification of training needs across the team
* Ensure the accuracy of work orders in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
* Collaborate with peer Lead Building Engineers to deconflict work across campus and maintain consistency in operations between buildings
* Provide technical expertise and assistance as required
* Regularly inspect equipment, buildings, safety routes and grounds to check or identify any abnormal or unsafe conditions or faults
* Troubleshoot, evaluate and recommend system upgrades
* Order parts and supplies for maintenance and repairs through internal tooling

About the Role

SUMMARY:
Under general supervision, independently evaluates, selects, and applies standard engineering techniques, practices and procedures commonly employed in a specific area of assignment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

QUALIFICATIONS
MINIMUM EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor s Degree in Engineering from a college/university accredited by the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology, Inc. (ABET), plus 2 or more years of engineering experience or 1 or more with a Fundamentals of Engineering certificate or 1 or more years plus a Master s Degree in Engineering.

SUMMARY:
