    Job Description Don't Just Analyze-Influence: Join EVOQ as Our Data Scientist As our Data Scientist, you will be responsible for developing an integrated data ecosystem across our agencies and client portfolios. You'll aggregate, clean, and analyze data from disparate systems (e.g., Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, TikTok Shop, Meta, Google Ads, GA4, HubSpot, and CRM systems) to deliver deep, actionable insights that drive revenue growth. This role is not about generating more data. Our clients need more signal and less noise. You will identify and articulate the strategic implications and deliver recommendations that are specific, actionable, and designed to influence behavior across organizations. You will be at the intersection of data science, strategy, and storytelling. You'll play a pivotal role in helping our clients answer complex questions such as: Are TikTok Shop or Amazon sales cannibalizing our DTC website sales? What is the true blended ROAS across all channels? How do paid, owned, and earned investments correlate with lifetime value and margin by channel? Which creative and influencer strategies drive incremental lift-not just clicks? How can we accurately calculate marketing attribution across channels-and build custom attribution models that reveal true incremental value?" You'll partner with our analytics, media, and strategy teams across all EVOQ agencies to create models, dashboards, and methodologies that help clients understand, predict, and optimize performance across channels. Proficiency with Python, R, SQL, and modern ETL tools (e.g., Airflow, dbt, Fivetran). Experience with data warehousing solutions (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift). Experience with marketing intelligence and attribution platforms (e.g., Northbeam, TripleWhale, Funnel) Familiarity with API integrations and marketing data connectors Hands-on experience with visualization platforms like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio. Experience developing MMM, MTA, and causal inference models.
