What you'll be doing Enhance analysis methodologies: Explore and implement advanced methodologies - such as using covariates to augment analysis or improving statistical rigor - to ensure robust and reliable experimental results. Tool building and automation: Create intuitive tooling that allows teams to monitor, interpret, and understand the impact of their experiments without requiring deep statistical expertise. Design and analyze experiments: Partner with stakeholders to model and analyze key experiments, ensuring proper design (e.g., randomization, sample sizing) while providing insights into their results. Define best practices: Establish gold-standard approaches for experimental design, measurement, and analysis, including tradeoffs between statistical techniques such as frequentist, Bayesian, and causal inference. R&D for innovation: Research and implement cutting-edge techniques, such as uplift modeling, causal inference, and advanced A/B testing frameworks, into tools for broader use across the company.
