Develop and modify manufacturing processes by designing and modifying equipment for processing and assembling components, soliciting observations from operators. Assure product quality through testing finished products and system capabilities. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Work Environment - Workday is split between the air conditioned manufacturing floor and the office. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, EDUCATION, AND ABILITIES: Bachelors or an Associate's degree in Electrical Engineering (or related field), or 7 to 10+ years equivalent work experience with machine control and data acquisition systems.
