What you will be responsible for
Responsible for the mechanical structure design of mining hardware, including chassis, enclosure, brackets, and module assemblies.
Perform feasibility analysis and complete conceptual and detailed mechanical design to ensure mechanical strength, manufacturability, and reliability.
Collaborate with electrical, PCB, and thermal design engineers to achieve optimized structural layout and space utilization.
Develop 3D models and engineering drawings using CAD tools such as SolidWorks, Creo, or UG NX, ensuring design accuracy and production readiness.
Conduct tolerance analysis, stress testing, and design verification to ensure compliance with design specifications and performance targets.
Participate in prototype fabrication, assembly, and testing; support problem-solving during pilot build and mass production stages.
Optimize existing product structures and propose design improvements to enhance performance, durability, and cost efficiency.
Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturing partners to ensure mold design, tooling quality, and mass production feasibility.

How you will stand out
