Experience may only be gained by employment under a national/federal government, state government, city/municipal government, provincial or township government, or a government-licensed commercial entity that provides armed protective services. Experience as sworn law enforcement in the United States is always applicable.
A minimum of two (2) years of this experience must be as a DDM/sniper/sharpshooter. This sniper/DDM/sharpshooter program must be of suitable complexity and quality to adequately prepare the graduate for successful performance as a WPS III DDM. This position requires the highest level of organizational skills, exceptional time management skills, and a drive to assist the team in pushing brand awareness through visual designs. Essential Functions
Creates compelling and effective design concepts in multiple media types, including but not limited to digital ads, social content, website, print, and outdoor.
Contributes to the team by creating appealing designs within required timelines while also managing project workload in a high-volume work environment.
Develops concepts, graphics, layouts, etc. including making decisions about fonts, images, readability, and reader's needs while adhering to the PCI brand standards. Determines size and arrangement of copy and illustrative material, as well as font style and size.
Creates finished artwork by operating necessary equipment and software, as well as coordinates, when necessary, final designs with agency partners and outside production companies.
When necessary, collaborates with agency partners and outside production companies to provide scaling, versioning and resizing as needed.
Liaising with external printers or productions teams to ensure deadlines are met and material is printed or presented to the highest quality.
Applies constructive criticism from stakeholders, peers, and leadership on projects to improve creative outcomes, as well as keeping them up to date on projects and explaining the rationale behind graphic design decisions.
Adheres to brand standards on all marketing programs.
Constantly develops skills and explores new creative techniques to improve design quality, keeping up to date with design and software trends.
Manages all assigned projects and proposals from beginning (typesetting and graphic design) to completion (print and production).

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Art Design, Marketing, or related field required.
Two (2) years of graphic design experience with multiple marketing campaigns in a professional work environment required.

Job Summary: The BIM (Building Information Modeling) Coordinator will play a key role in the design, planning, and execution of mechanical systems for construction projects. The BIM Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and managing the creation, development, and maintenance of 3D models. Job Summary: The BIM (Building Information Modeling) Coordinator will play a key role in the design, planning, and execution of mechanical systems for construction projects. The BIM Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and managing the creation, development, and maintenance of 3D models. This role demands a strong understanding of mechanical systems, advanced BIM software proficiency, and collaboration with project teams. This candidate will also be responsible for participating in the development and maintenance of company standard details.
Key Responsibilities:
BIM Management and Coordination:
Lead the development and coordination of 3D mechanical models, ensuring compliance with project and company requirements.
Manage and maintain BIM files and libraries, ensuring models are up to date and accessible to relevant team members.
Coordinate with project managers and engineers to ensure all design information is reflected accurately in the BIM model.
Project Documentation:
Generate and maintain accurate as-built documentation and 2D drawings from BIM models.
Prepare BIM models for fabrication, including detailed mechanical system layouts (ductwork, piping, etc.).
Ensure that all models meet company and industry standards for quality, accuracy, and timeliness.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with project managers, superintendents, foremen, and clients to ensure all mechanical system designs are properly implemented.
Work closely with the sales and project development team to provide preliminary project details and layouts for use in presenting proposed solutions to the clients.
Communicate effectively with team members to address and resolve technical issues, design conflicts, and project milestones.
Attend coordination meetings with project teams to facilitate integration between disciplines when necessary.
Software Proficiency and Technical Support:
Utilize and maintain proficiency in BIM-related software such as Revit, AutoCAD MEP, Navisworks, and other relevant platforms.
Continuously seek to improve efficiency and productivity in BIM processes and workflows.
Compliance and Standards:
Ensure that BIM models adhere to relevant codes, standards, and best practices in mechanical contracting.
Implement and maintain company-specific BIM standards and protocols across all projects.
