Provide mobile armed personal protection and emergency response security services in high-risk areas for the Department of State in Baghdad, Iraq. Employees rotate in and out of country throughout the duration of their contract. Experience as sworn law enforcement in the United States is always applicable. A minimum of two (2) years of this experience must be as a DDM/sniper/sharpshooter. If claiming law enforcement experience for this requirement, it must be full-time and not as a collateral duty. Job Description •Ability to create and update AUTOCAD drawings. •Ability to create 3D models using additive manufacturing equipment. •Ability to revise engineering drawings from basic layouts, established references, notes and discussions with engineers, and standard data. •Utilize computer-aided design equipment and/or manual tools. •Complete layout drawings prepared by others in accordance with standard engineering drafting practices or may develop complete major layouts of engineering drawings. •Prepare detailed drawings; contributes design modifications (as needed) to improve quality of product. •Technical knowledge and experience with AutoCAD software and CAD standards required. •Ability to prioritize multiple projects/tasks and respond to the needs of multiple project managers. •Requires knowledge, skills associated with the mechanical and electrical disciplines. •Well versed in developing mechanical drawings. •Understanding of and experienced in proper drawing dimensioning. •Understanding of and experience in proper weld nomenclature. •Ability to work as part of a team in a fast paced environment with critical deadlines •Professional, dependable, and results oriented. •Ability to follow simple oral or written instructions. •Strong organizational skill and detail oriented. •Strong oral and written communication skills. •Good problem solver with the ability to identify alternative solutions. •Perform additional duties as assigned by manager.
