As a Senior Web Designer at Wonderist, you'll take the lead in crafting exceptional, strategy-driven digital experiences for small business clients-primarily in the dental and healthcare space. You'll pair creative vision with deep UX expertise to deliver high-impact, conversion-focused web designs that elevate our clients' brands and business outcomes.

Essential Functions
Web Design & UI/UX Leadership: Deliver expert-level, user-centered web design solutions that balance aesthetics, usability, and business strategy.
* Lead the conceptualization and execution of polished, high-fidelity web design mockups that prioritize accessibility, user experience, and conversion optimization.
* Translate complex brand and marketing strategies into visually compelling, responsive digital interfaces.
* Confidently present and defend design decisions with clients and internal stakeholders, articulating rationale grounded in UX principles and business goals.
