Job Description A leading mechanical contractor is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC BIM Designer to join our growing team. We're looking for a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in HVAC systems, proficiency in BIM software, and excellent communication and coordination skills. This role is key in developing and maintaining precise 3D HVAC models, coordinating with multiple trades, and ensuring designs align with Florida mechanical codes and project specifications.
