Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Collaborate with KBC Advisors team members across the company on various business duties, while executing a wide array of tasks
Develop creative design materials for pitches, proposals, property marketing pieces and more across multiple mediums
Produce high-quality graphics, illustrations, and layouts based on project specifications and necessary brand guidelines
Prioritize multiple tasks and projects at once, while and meeting deadlines effectively in a fast-paced environment
Ensure that designs are optimized and prepared for the appropriate medium, including potential communication and management with third-party print vendors
Stay current with industry trends, design tools, and technologies to ensure the creation of innovative and engaging visuals
Preferred Qualifications
Expert proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, with focused experience in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
Experience with logo design
Experience in motion graphics or video software is a plus

Education and Experience

About You

Purpose:
Responsible for providing exceptional sales and design advice and services to customers visiting showrooms. Work closely with customers to understand their design and budget preferences, consult with expert advice, and ultimately help them make the best design decisions for their home or business while maximizing sales for the showroom. Focuses on tile, bath and kitchen products.
General Description:
Meet with customers in the showroom to consult with them regarding their design needs and preferences on our tile, bath and kitchen products.
Provide expert advice on design elements such as color, texture, lighting, and layout, while also making recommendations on products that fit within the customer's budget.
Create design plans and visual representations of the customer's space using computer-aided design (CAD) software, while also providing accurate product information and pricing to customers, and assisting with placing orders and tracking deliveries.
Build relationships with customers to establish long-term partnerships and generate repeat business.
Keep the showroom organized and visually appealing, and ensure that all products are properly displayed and stocked to keep track of inventory levels and place orders as necessary.
Stay up-to-date on the latest design trends and product offerings.
Handle showroom incoming calls. Document and process any customer complaints.
Quote prices prepare proposals and provide information regarding sale and delivery.
Other duties as assigned.
General Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in a design consulting or sales role, preferably in a showroom setting.
Experience in computer-aided design (CAD) software such as SketchUp, or AutoCAD is highly preferred.
Excellent communication and customer service skills, with proven ability to close sales.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented and able to multitask.

Responsibilities:
Work on a cross-functional project team responsible for the execution and delivery of eCOA (electronic clinical outcome assessments) solutions
Design each eCOA solution to meet the study requirements based on the clinical protocols, the Suvoda proposal/executed work order, and discussions with the client
Accurately and completely document all requirements in the specification template(s)
Lead the internal team review of the draft specifications; main point of contact for the internal team for all eCOA design-related questions throughout the build process
Lead the client review of the eCOA specifications and supporting documents, making any required updates and obtaining both client and internal approval by the agreed upon milestone date
Responsible for the UAT plan, test scripts, and coordinate all required data setup for client UAT
Primary point of contact for design questions (internally and externally) during the system build process
Lead client UAT of the eCOA system, tracking any required fixes or updates; work with the project manager to determine timelines for any system updates required
Support any re-design of the eCOA system or implementation of new features in an IRT system during the maintenance period
Identify and assist with the implementation of process improvements for the services department
Develop best practices for eCOA design functions at Suvoda, by refining the processes, tools, and best practices for the implementation and support of Suvoda's eCOA product
Work closely with Suvoda's delivery teams to provide consultation and guidance on solution design, project delivery, and operational maintenance of Suvoda's eCOA studies
Perform other related duties as required
