Qualifications YOUR SKILLS AND ABILITIES (REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS) * Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field * Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with CATIA V5/V6, preferably in a manufacturing environment * Skills: Proficiency in 3D CAD modeling and design using CATIA software. * Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and design for manufacturability (DFM) principles. * Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams. * Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to manufacturing and design. * Ability to adapt to new technologies and continuously improve design processes. * Knowledge of additional CAD software and PLM systems preferred. * Certification in CATIA or related engineering software, preferred. * Experience with finite element analysis (FEA) and computational fluid dynamics (CFD), preferred. * Travel: As needed.
