What You'll Do As a Mechanic II, you'll: Analyze, diagnose, and troubleshoot equipment. Recommend and perform cost-effective repairs. Identify and gather appropriate repair parts. Connect hydraulic lines, fill with oil, and prepare equipment for testing. Prepare trucks for sub-frame assembly by disassembling, measuring, repositioning, installing, and reassembling components. Previous experience with heavy mechanical equipment, preferred. Familiarity with hydraulic, electrical, gas, and diesel systems. Ability to read blueprints, hydraulic schematics, and electrical diagrams. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Comfortable using computers to access work instructions and track labor. Experience with concrete pumps preferred but not required. Will train the right candidate.
