This Opportunity:The primary responsibility of the Behavioral Health Therapist is to provide outpatient behavioral health services to persons of all ages experiencing psychological difficulties in order to help them interact appropriately and develop meaningful relationships within community.What You'll Do:
Perform interviews with individuals and/or families to aid in identifying presenting problems, assessing mental status and dangerousness, gathering relevant facts of psychosocial history, and assigning accurate diagnoses (using all five Axes of the current DSM manual) that will help determine the best intervention to help the individual and his or her family achieve stated goals.
Provide individual, group, and family therapy to individuals of all ages using person-centered philosophies and best practices in all service delivery.
Provide expertise in assessing psychiatric crises and crisis intervention while working closely with psychiatrists.
Maintain necessary medical records in compliance with state, federal, and agency guidelines.
Assist individuals and families in meeting other psychosocial needs by referring them to appropriate outside agencies (such as doctors, social services, and Christian Ministries) and providing information needed within the guidelines of confidentiality standards.
Provide crisis assessments, stabilization, and service coordination in order to de-escalate crisis and potential crisis situations in an effort to maintain lowest level of care that promotes safety.
Provide coverage or back-up for Emergency Services during clinical hours and on-call coverage after hours and on weekends as needed.
Maintain licensure as required by licensing board and attend educational trainings/seminars to remain up-to-date on current best practices.
Maintain positive working relationships within the communities served, including with individuals, families, staff, monitoring and licensing agencies, organizations, funding resources, and other human service agencies.
Be an active participant in the ongoing continuous quality improvement activities of the agency.
Demonstrate knowledge of and comply with all agency policies and procedures.
Provide clinical consultation as required or requested by other professionals within Monarch to provide ongoing professional development and to process difficult client situations that may arise.
Drive and travel to community locations, various agencies, and other outreach destinations as assigned.

1. Oversee all daily operational issues at the facility.

6. Conduct initial client orientation upon admission to facility.
7. Assist clinical team in implementing a comprehensive person-centered plan with each resident that will speak to their development of basic living skills and a lifestyle supportive of long-term recovery.
8. Maintain facility vehicle with regard to regular maintenance schedule and in adherence to RHCC Transportation Policies and Procedures.
9. Provide client transportation when necessary.
10. Inspect facility grounds and apartments and report findings to Program Director and landlord if appropriate.
11. Report infectious disease occurrences to Director of Patient Services per RHCC Policy and Procedure.
12. Assist Director of Patient Services in quarterly Infectious Disease Inspection.
13. Maintain client confidentiality.

1. 21 years of age
2. Knowledge of substance as disease, and knowledge of programs for women, their children and minorities.
3. Minimum of an associate's degree in a human service field is preferred.

Who will you be working with? The Friction Product Line designs and manufactures high-friction and low-friction composition, sintered brake shoes, specialty shoes, and disc brake linings for freight, locomotive and transit vehicles. How will you make a difference?
As a Junior Manufacturing Engineer, reporting to the Operations Support Manager, you will be responsible for helping to design and oversee installation and maintenance of the various electrical, mechanical, and control systems associated with new and existing facility equipment with a concentration on electrical and control systems.

* Demonstrated experience programming/troubleshooting of PLC's especially using Rockwell Automation
* Working knowledge of AutoCAD software
* In depth knowledge of electrical power wiring design principles

What will your typical day look like?
* Upon identification of a worthwhile project, write a project description including A) Overall project function, B) Anticipated project benefits and C) Estimated project cost obtained by working directly with vendors, contractors, and other suppliers to determine project equipment requirement. The project description is sent to RFPC management for review and approval.
* Upon approval of a project, order equipment and perform required detailed mechanical and/or electrical schematics using AutoCAD software.
* After applicable training, and working with MFG IT, performs detailed Rockwell Automation PLC programming and configuration required for successful project implementation.
* Oversee project installation and conduct system startup
* In conjunction with RFPC maintenance department, conduct/oversee routine maintenance of new equipment systems.
* Install and support system upgrades to existing equipment as required
* Enter new data into production systems as required
* Support RFPC Lean Manufacturing programs
* Conceptualize, design, and install condition-based monitoring (CBM) systems on new and existing facility equipment.

Perform interviews with individuals and/or families to aid in identifying presenting problems, assessing mental status and dangerousness, gathering relevant facts of psychosocial history, and assigning accurate diagnoses that will help determine the best intervention to help the individual and his or her family achieve stated goals.
5. Provide individual, group, and family therapy to individuals of all ages receiving FBC services using person-centered philosophies and best practices in all service delivery.
6. Provide expertise in assessing psychiatric crises and crisis intervention while working closely with other FBC staff.
7. Maintain necessary medical records in compliance with state, federal, and agency guidelines.
8. Assist individuals and families in meeting other psychosocial needs by referring them to appropriate outside agencies upon discharge from the FBC (such as specialty providers, doctors, social services, and Christian Ministries) and providing information needed within the guidelines of confidentiality standards.
9. Provide crisis assessments, stabilization, and service coordination in order to de-escalate crisis and potential crisis situations in an effort to maintain lowest level of care that promotes safety.
10. Maintain licensure as required by licensing board and attend educational trainings/seminars to remain up to date on current best practices.
11. Maintain positive working relationships within the communities served, including with individuals, families, staff, monitoring and licensing agencies, organizations, funding resources, and other human service agencies.
12. Be an active participant in the ongoing continuous quality improvement activities of the agency.
13. Provide clinical consultation as required or requested by other professionals within Monarch to provide ongoing professional development and to process difficult client situations that may arise.
14. Drive or travel to community locations, various agencies, and other outreach destinations as assigned.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES, FUNCTIONS, & RESPONSIBILITIES
Sort and distribute incoming mail to the department.
Responsible for set up of vendor electronic funds transfer.
Maintain, organize, code, draft of monthly routine operational transactions for the tribal government.
Compare invoices with source documents ensuring accuracy and financial compliance to include calculations and coding.
Promptly respond to incoming phone calls, email messages, and inquiries from employees and customers, always displaying a proactive approach to customer service and problem resolution. Exhibit a professional level of interaction with all levels of management and non-management.
Data entry, filing, records maintenance, and report preparation to support finance processes.
Annually review and prepare 1099 along with the Annual Summary & Transmittal for Internal Revenue Service.
Responsible for receipting accounts receivables, ensuring proper allocation.
Assist in the preparation of journal entries for accounts receivables, and depositing of funds.
Will participate in the internal/external audits of the tribe.
Will assist the Finance staff in safeguarding, organizing, maintenance, and security of financial records and reports.
Optional staff fill-in for procurement and inventory control.

MINIMUM MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS
Experience:

• Prepare and submit required or requested reports, documents, assessments, evaluations and paperwork. Review and sign off on clinical documentation as required. Designated to release confidential information within assigned department(s).
• Identify methods whereby services can be provided utilizing existing community resources whenever possible. Continuously use person-centered approaches and positive approach strategies when interacting with consumers. Integrate strategies into program plans.

• Demonstrate knowledge of emergency procedures including preventative and crisis services. Schedule and participate in on-call coverage.
• Work with supervisor on the continual assessment and enhancement of services provided throughout the agency.
